Junior Golf Lessons
At Verrado Golf Club, we believe developing a lifelong love for golf starts with creating a fun, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Our Junior Golf Programs are designed for golfers of all skill levels, from young beginners experiencing the game for the first time to developing players preparing for competitive golf.
Through age-appropriate instruction, interactive activities, and on-course experiences, our PGA Golf Professionals focus on building confidence, improving skills, and helping every junior golfer reach their potential.
4-Week Junior Golf Program (Ages 4–6)
Our 4-Week Junior Golf Program introduces our youngest golfers to the game in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Designed specifically for children ages 4–6, this program focuses on building a strong foundation while creating a positive first experience with golf.
Using SNAG (Starting New At Golf) and modified golf equipment, juniors will learn the fundamentals of grip, stance, posture, putting, and basic swing mechanics through age-appropriate instruction. Each class incorporates interactive games and fun golf activities that help children develop coordination, balance, confidence, and a love for the game.
Our goal is simple: make golf fun while helping young players develop the basic skills they need to continue their golf journey.
Day: Saturdays Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Cost: $120 per student, per session
Program Length: 4 weeks Location: Founders Course Practice Facility

Future Stars Junior Golf Program (Ages 7+)
Our Future Stars Junior Golf Program is designed for beginner golfers ages 7 and older who are looking to build a strong foundation in the game. This 8-week program provides a fun, supportive, and structured learning environment where juniors can develop their skills, build confidence, and create lasting friendships through golf.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of both the short game and full swing, including proper setup, grip, stance, putting, chipping, and swing technique. In addition to developing their golf skills, juniors will be introduced to golf terminology, etiquette, basic rules, and on-course awareness to help them better understand and enjoy the game.
At Verrado Golf Club, we believe learning golf should be fun. Our instructors incorporate interactive activities, games, and friendly competitions to keep students engaged while encouraging continued improvement. Players will be divided into age-appropriate groups to ensure focused instruction and a positive experience for every junior golfer.
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Cost: $250 per student, per session Program
Length: 8 weeks Student-to-Instructor Ratio: 5:1 (20 students maximum)

Advanced Junior Golf Program (Ages 10+)
Ready to take your game to the next level? Our Advanced Junior Golf Program is designed for junior golfers ages 10 and older who have a solid understanding of the game's fundamentals and are ready to continue developing their skills in preparation for middle school, high school, and competitive golf.
Throughout this 8-week program, players will focus on refining their full swing and short game while developing purposeful practice habits, improved consistency, and a greater understanding of course management. Instruction emphasizes golf strategy, shot selection, pre-shot routines, and the skills needed to perform confidently on the course.
Every fourth week, juniors will take their skills onto the golf course for hands-on instruction and practical playing experience. Our goal is to create a structured, team-style learning environment that challenges players, encourages personal growth, and prepares them for the next level of golf.
Day: Thursdays
Time: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Cost: $300 per student, per session Program
Length: 8 weeks Student-to-Instructor
Ratio: 5:1 On-Course Instruction: Every fourth week
Location: Founders Course Practice Facility and Golf Course
Ages: 10 years and older
